{"id":1623,"date":"2019-06-29T08:27:15","date_gmt":"2019-06-29T08:27:15","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/159.65.127.138\/?p=1623"},"modified":"2019-07-03T09:44:23","modified_gmt":"2019-07-03T09:44:23","slug":"extension-of-deadline-for-payment-of-tax-for-business-taxpayers","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/taxing.it\/it\/extension-of-deadline-for-payment-of-tax-for-business-taxpayers\/","title":{"rendered":"Extension of deadline for tax payments from 1 July 2019 to 30 September for Italian individual taxpayers subject to the new ISA&#8217;s"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Italian Tax Agency has issued a resolution (no .64\/E of 28 June), regarding the changes introduced by Article 12 V of Decree no. 34\/2019 (<em>Decreto Crescita\/<\/em>Growth Decree 2019). The Decree extended the tax payment deadline of 1 July (normally 30 June, but being a Sunday the deadline was automatically moved back to the next working day) to 30 September 2019.\u00a0 This deadline concerns the annual payments of direct taxes, IRPEF, IRAP\u00a0 (the balance of the 2018 liability and payment on account of 2019) and final VAT balance due by individuals carrying on a business activity.\u00a0 The extension applies to those subject to the new ISA regime, including those registered under the <a href=\"https:\/\/taxing.it\/it\/small-taxpayers-flat-rate-tax-regime\/\">flat-rate system<\/a> (<em>regime forfetario).\u00a0\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The extension of the deadline ONLY applies to those taxpayers carrying out a business activity to which the new ISA regime applies.
