Taxing.it is strongly committed to protecting the privacy of personal data that it maintains about its clients,  staff and third party consultants. In preparation for the entry into force of the new GDPR on 25th May 2016, we at Taxing.it would like to check that you are happy to continue to receive marketing materials from its website, consultants and employees.

By giving us your consent, you will continue to receive relevant publications and articles, technical resources, legal updates and invitations to events at which Taxing.it staff participate.

You will have the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communication from us every time we contact  you, by way of an “unsubscribe” or “opt-out” link, clearly visible in the communication you receive by email.

You may also wish to read our revised privacy policy and cookie policy which provide further information about how we will use your personal data and how its use may be changed under the GDPR, for example:

what information we may collect from you – CV including name, address, nationality, work permit and visa status, salary:

  • why we collect the above information – it may be required as part of a recruitment process;
  • who might we share your information with – with other professionals or other companies who want to recruit legal, tax or accounting professionals. In relation to sharing with a third party, we will always ask for your consent before doing so;
  • how long will we keep your personal information – for up to two years;
  • your rights – you have the right to ask us to inform you about the information we hold about you, amend it, erase or delete it, and restrict how we process it or with whom we share it. We undertake to fulfill your request without charge and within 30 days.

If you decide that you do not in fact want to receive communications from Taxing.it any longer then please note that we may still be required to send you emails regarding factual or transactional information in connection with services that we are currently providing to you or to the organisation through whom you are known to us.
